Tentative goals

These somewhat feel like a cop out, but they are ones I can strive for. 

  • Exercise twice a week. No exceptions.
  • Read for one hour (a book!) twice a week.
  • Make one phone call to family a week.
  • Send one e-mail to someone I haven't e-mailed in the past 3 months on the 15th of each month.
  • Eat fruit every day it is possible.
  • Take one day each month (at least) where I only check e-mail three times that day.
And here is where I ask for help:
What do you think I need to work on? What should be one of my goals?
