- Exercise twice a week. No exceptions.
- Read for one hour (a book!) twice a week.
- Make one phone call to family a week.
- Send one e-mail to someone I haven't e-mailed in the past 3 months on the 15th of each month.
- Eat fruit every day it is possible.
- Take one day each month (at least) where I only check e-mail three times that day.
